Outside, a large sheltered terrace with Woodden floor face the garden and hosts an outdoor dining room and sitting area. We loved the straight lines, the solid construction, the potential for expansion in the garden area or a swimming pool and most of all: the closeness of the Beach. It has recently been remodeled with large rain showers and very nice bathrooms.
